Features:

The extruding device features a variable frequency motor that can meet the demands of screw rotation adjustments during the blowing process. It is designed to accommodate a screw with a high slenderness ratio, allowing for the processing of various materials with excellent plasticizing ability, high production output, and energy efficiency. The barrel is equipped with a resistance heater controlled by a computer, ensuring quick, stable, and uniform heating.

By incorporating different heads into the combined extrusion system between two machines, users can produce products with a visible strip line or double layers.

The mould clamping device incorporates vertical compression, three pilot posts, a large beam arm, linear guiders, cylinder spindles, and double working positions. This design enables fast and stable movement of the mould.

The improved design of the hydraulic oil loop results in power savings, rapid operation, and stability.

The hydraulic elements are easy to install and maintain, and the machine comes with a removable and mobile oil tank for added convenience.

The entire machine is computer-controlled, with a hydraulic system featuring double proportional control. It includes fault automatic alarms, ensuring reliable operation, high automation, and the ability to store data for up to 40 sets of moulds.

Users can select from three operation modes: "Manual," "Semi-Auto," and "Full Auto."
